An upbeat, 50-minute class focusing on strength, mobility, endurance and cardio! Elements of yoga, mobility, breathe work and low impact strength building that sculpts you like no other class can ⚡️
All experience levels are welcome. Whether you’re an advanced yogi or new, we’ll craft a class that’s just what you need.
*Bring your own yoga mat and water. We’ll take care of the rest!*
Please note that this class is at our outdoor Ocean Park location!

DIRECTIONS

Enter the beach parking lot at the corner of Hollister Avenue & Barnard Way.
The parking lot on your left (south) which is closest to our workout costs $10 per day.
The parking lot on your right (north) which is slightly further away from our workout, costs just $1 per hour. We recommend parking here & paying for 2 hours.
After you've parked, just walk south until you see the group on the grass. You cannot miss us!
