Description
The LA Hybrid Club is a [run + lift] workout led by 3x HYROX World Champion Hunter McIntyre & DMN8 Founder Edmond Roche.
This workout is FREE to attend.
Arrive Sunday 8:30am at Beach Green in Ocean Park.
Workout Format:
- Start time 8:30a sharp
- 20 minute run to start
- 5 minute dynamic warm up
- 40 minute "HYROX style" workout incorporating multiple rounds of running mixed with high-intensity, strength & calisthenics stations
- 20 minute run to finish
This workout can be scaled to all levels. All fitness levels are welcome to join!
The run & strength components to this workout will evolve each week, progressively become more challenging leading up to HYROX Anaheim.
This is the perfect weekly key session for anyone in LA training to compete at HYROX Anaheim.

• FREE Parking for Members available through the garage in the back of our building. You must get a parking sticker and obtain a fob with a refundable deposit from the front desk.
• Surface lot parking available at the Northwest corner of Main & Marine ($)
• Surface lot parking available at St. Clement Church at 2nd & Marine ($)
• Underground parking available at the Southwest corner of Main & Marine ($)
• Free 2-Hour Street Parking available on 2nd (watch for street cleaning signs!)
• Metered parking available on Main, Marine, and Pier
