Description
A weightlifting class featuring a mix of compound movements, strength, hypertrophy, balance, and power. You’ll rotate between 4 focused strength blocks before ending with a 2-minute core finisher that will leave your abs burning.
If you arrive late, check-in with the Front Desk team. If you are more than 5 minutes late your spot will be given to the waitlist. If you do not show up, you will be charged a no-show fee of $39.

• Free 2-Hour Street Parking available on 2nd (watch for street cleaning signs!)
